I hope you're equally as excited as voting for Newsome cause that's who you're going to get. Not Harris

No, Newsome is not running this year. He’s been clear.

And Biden is not dropping out. We can't be sure about anything.

Newsome will be the candidate.

Nope. He has way too much baggage and CA doesn't help in the electoral count.

And I will enthusiastically go out to get votes for Harris.

Harris will always be herself - which is a bad temper, no manners, ill fitting pantsuits and faux pearls. The "face" she puts on for the public is who she is. She will never get the votes with it.

Clearly. That's why you and the trumpers are running around on social media rn like chickens with your head cut off.

That’s how deliriously happy people react. Dems are so busy being offended and enraged about stuff they don’t recognize pure joy when they see it.

I honestly don’t understand the deliriously happy reactions. The guy you were beating just stepped aside. I would think they’d want him to stay in the race.

Biden was the highest performing opponent in those polls.

No, he wasn't. Trump would prefer Biden. It's a known entity.

+1
That’s been his entire focus over the past 4 years.

Because that’s not his choice to make. He will endorse whoever will have the greatest chance of winning. Not sure that’s her.

How can his handpicked vice president not be the next candidate?

This. 100%. I will be furious if they try to have an open convention. Voters picked Biden/Kamala knowing Joe was very old.

Asylum requests are down big time. Are you not following the news?

You know that has absolutely nothing to do with Kamala Harris… right?

Resigning now sends a negative message. Declining the nomination is just saying, "I'm fit to be president but I recognize concerns that I won't be within the next four years"

But he is unfit for the presidency, and having Kamala come in as an incumbent VP would make her candidacy so much stronger.

Nobody thinks he is unfit for office right now.

You would be wrong bubble lady.

That is a debate I would like to see.

You wouldn’t have to say a thing Harris will make herself look like a fool

All the cries of racism and misogyny to try and silence any critics, but anyone with two brain cells and see if she has not fit to be president

Exactly. Democrats have played their ridiculous racism/misogyny card one time too many. Any candidate is fair game to be critiqued on their record. And Kamala has been a joke.

I really don't see much of a difference between the two-that's why she was his running mate, to complement his presidency while still having diversity points. They both laugh off questions and use laughter to condemn whoever is debating them. They have very similar policy objectives. The reason Harris could defend Joe so well was because he does the work she wants done.

I suspect those who bleat "DEI" also had no problem voting for a VP who needed five mediocre colleges and six years, just to get a communications degree.

Funny how you can be some GED felon and get votes from the same people who think Justice Jackson is a "DEI" hire. But sure, no racism involved in your thought-process while we see the buffoons who get elected on the right.

Defending DEI and blasting its critics mindlessly as “racist” is just not the centrist platform the Dems need right now to turn this election around.

It isn't about defending it, it's about pointing out the extremely low standards required of WHITE politicians on the right while in the same breathe as calling anyone non-white a "DEI" hire.

That you called it "mindless" when anyone with even two, functioning brain cells can see the racism from those who attack it, is your limitation.

The same people who think Boebert is qualified to be in Congress, think Jackson has no business being on the SC, despite the fact that she is more qualified than several of her white counterparts. Tough sh*t if you can handle the glaring hypocrisy from the right. We all see it. The Obamas had to be the "Huxtables" while Trump could get away with being Bill Cosby. Spare me your inability to see the cancer of racism being the entire reason someone as disgusting as Trump IS the Republican party. That stupid man wouldn't know the constitution if Madison used puppets to explain to him. The moment he used racism was the moment he galvanized the party. Mediocrity for one race, rules the GOP and has for a long time. It's why someone as unqualified as Dubya became president. It's why a moron like Palin got to be a nominee. The GOP has NO standards.

WELL SAID.

Hmmm, that’s strange, she was Indian some years back.

What are you talking about? Kamala is Indian.

Racist a$$holes don’t understand that someone can be half black and half Indian. Sad.

He doesn't care. He's like the elderly parent who won't give up the car keys until he runs someone over (and probably not then either as he'd blame the person for being in his way).

Oh I see, now it was Harris who was running the Biden White House? I thought it was Dr Biden and Hunter, but now it was his VP all along?

Seriously, enjoy the next few months, maga.

Hahahahahaha
That woman is a moron. She will do nothing but embarrass herself. She will fall out of that coconut tree for sure.

Ummmm no. I’m a lawyer who actually watched Senate Judiciary Hearings. She may not pass the “do you want to drink beer with her” test. And that could be an issue. Hoping her time as VP has honed some of her softer skills. But, she is most definitely not stupid or inarticulate. In fact, she is very, very sharp. Ask Beer Bong Brett if you don’t believe me.

Trump doesn't even drink beer and probably wouldn't be very fun to hang out with either. Just ask melania.

Kamala is more unpopular than Joe.
