A sad commentary on the state of our schools that you think this is an appropriate guide for high school students just to use the restroom.

The cool part is that it applies EVERYWHERE. Not just HSs.

You're proving my point. Schools should be safe spaces, not the equivalent of public restrooms in a sketchy part of town. But this is where the left has brought us....

Why would it be ok to sexually assault someone in a public bathroom?

We should prevent sexual assaults EVERYWHERE.

It was pretty graphic and I don't want this thread flagged by advertisers. Anyway, you should read the indictment and you will see that your definition was unnecessary.

Where's the indictment? Is it linked in your other post with the timeline?

Actually, I misspoke and I meant "charges" not indictment. The charges are described in this article:

https://www.foxnews.com/politics/loudoun-county-responds-dad-daughter-sexual-assault

I had thought that I had seen an official announcement of the charges but now I can't find one. The article above relies on the Daily Wire for the charges.

How is charges different from indictment?

If you watched the hearing today, you would know that Garland has ZERO evidence of parents breaking the law. He wrote a memo in response to the National School Board's request letter in which they cited the Loudoun County father whose daughter had been raped in the bathroom as evidence of parents as "domestic terrorists." And, he then testified that he knew nothing about the case.
Pitiful.

I am quite liberal, but this would be a good time to play "You're fired" by Trump soundbite.

Apparently, you failed 5th grade.

The problem in schools are the Trumper control freaks. From banning books, to screaming at elementary school children, yeah parents who are trumpy cult members are the issue.

What an idiotic post. Watch the video. It was from today's hearing.
Just because it is posted on a site which you don't approve of, doesn't make it any less accurate.
Talk about failing 5th grade.

Heads should roll. Starting with the superintendent.
Parents of the girls who were assaulted need to sue the pants off this district.
The father who was slandered needs to file suit.
I am sick of this crap and people getting away with lying and covering up.

The Dad is suing and just petitioned for a change in venue specifically because of the prosecutor.
