It IS the actual news clip above not a separate video for clarification.
It is the news clip titled "DNA of 3rd person found in DC mansion slayings" on the header.
So click on the link and listen up for when they talk about the "green reflective vest" about 1:15 in news clip. A figure is seen going by VERY quickly. If you slow it up. You can see the figure of a distinct man and his distinct facial features and profile of his face. He is wearing sun glasses with short hair. If you zoom you can see even more detail..no pixilations. Then listen again to the rest of the news clip where they talk about Wint's lawyers trying to cast suspicion on JW where they show JW with sunglasses. There is a resemblance. See for yourself. I thought JW was basically cleared and now wonder what to make of what my own eyes see.

Can you tell me how you slowed down the video..if I stop it the video is dark..But from what I saw was a male running from left to right! This would be a camera on a building? The fireman are not even there..so this is not a new video..and the location of the burning auto is 40 mins or so from DC in Maryland??? If it were not for the Forensic Investigators of the ATF..they would not have had a way to pull DNA from burned material

This latest 7/20/15 video does shows much, much more detail than that May video.

Yes. There IS a distinct similarity with outline of facial features. Amazing and disturbing.
Freeze frame about 1:16-1:20 and then compare that to frame 1:49-1:50

The police know Jordan Wallace was in Virginia and then drove to DC after he was contacted by AIW looking for Savvas to tell him about the fire.

The police took his phone and car and have fully investigated where he was at all times before, during, and after the crimes.

How far is Virginia from DC half a hour or so??? And the burning Porsche was found at 4-5PM?? The image does not show any fire fighters and yea there is a male running from left to right at the bottom of the video..at 1:16-1:20 Looks like a camera from one of the buildings!

Traffic varies depending on time of day, etc. if you are driving. Yet it might be faster if you take Metro Subway to some sites.

2. That is not security camera footage. There wasn't a camera pointed at the car or there would be footage of the fire being started.
3. The person in the footage did not start the fire. The fire starter was long gone by then.
4. The police investigated everything about Wallace before the pizza DNA hit led them to Wint so they know everything Wallace did and where he was all day.

There is no Chantilly Metro stop but you could go from DC Woodley Park to New Carrolton in about 30 minutes

If you do a street view of the church parking lot where the Porsche was found burning..you will see that the marking on the parking lot are the far end next to the apartment complex..so if that is a CC camera it is from the Church's wall. So that person was walking running along the church's wall from left to right..the banquet hall is over on the right side of the google earth view..and that is the camera that was first aired! Two different locations..check it out..search google maps 8001 Annapolis Road/New Carrollton MD 20784
