The only good pic I found of a dress was Jeanne Piro. Some of dancers (the woman in the martini glass is one) Women all in sequins, glitter, most with forehead bands. Tiffany just wore her hair long, no headband, she can be seen near the end of the clip, black dress with silver sequins, no sign of Ivanka.
There was a guy in orange coveralls marked State Prison (which could be connected to a real life car accident possibly used by Fitzgerald). No sign of Melania. Trump was sitting with the Rubios.

That's what happens when you're thin with huge boobs. I have always had larger breasts for a petite woman and when I was at my thinnest and a DD they were fist's distance apart.

I would think with implants you could, IDK, pick the correct size for your frame to avoid this, but as always, the Trump women go for whatever is biggest and best and rather than what actually suits them.
