Webpage crashing a lot this morning - ipad

Anonymous
Jeff, a heads up - I'm on a iPad and I'm getting the reload error with almost every page and sometimes I even get a "webpage crashed" error page (new addition). I'm on an older iPad that doesn't go above ios9.

I'm on a brand new iPad; same problem.

This has been an ongoing problem, though not this bad in the past. I am troubleshooting it right now. I need to be able to reproduce the problem in order to find the cause, so I am not personally taking steps to eliminate it. But, you can try this:

Go to "Settings" -> "Safari" -> "Advanced" -> "Website Data" and click "Remove All Website Data".

Again, I haven't tried this so I don't know if it will work. But, if it works for you, please report back here.

Please report if this crash and reload stuff occurs again after 3 pm. I have disabled one of our ad networks which I think may be behind the problem.

I get a "you can't post to this server" message. But it was fine on my test message above.

It sounds like you are getting caught by one of our security rules. I'll check the log and fix it so you don't get caught.

Running into this now. It took 10 crashes to post this. I did remove the website data from Safari.

If you have a computer, try that, and see if the same issue happens. That could be helpful to Jeff.

My iPad keeps crashing. Was perfectly fine last night. But now crashing repeatedly, even after clearing out data in Safari. I'm typing this from my phone and having no problems whatsoever.
