None. Hundreds of colleges are hunting for prospect students cause they lost that many last year. It is not for free though.

Colleges are certainly signing ECNL players. Are you saying none of them are getting even a partial scholarship?

Athletic scholarships ? almost none for ECNL boys, academic and financial aide yes but not athletic so dont get it twisted. ECNL boys are not better or more talented soccer players but simply a more connected label league but not more talent. Some teams are better simply because '[the talent is spread so thin with the number of youth soccer teams in the USA.
