Is DC awash in guns because of the Roberts Court and Scalia and the Republican Party?

That's not the real question LOL. Ban handguns would need to be national and we would need seizures, draconian punishment, to crazily enforce borders / smuggling and printing your own at this point.

This is a gun problem and it’s a crime problem. I livevin the area. what a tragedy. I walked around the area and there were lots of police on bikes and cars patrolling. But it’s too little too late. Heart goes out to this poor family.

Even with mass shootings, the suburbs are categorically safer. Even if we had 10x the number of school shootings, all in the suburbs. They'd still be safer.

It is in a city or place whete many people have demonstrated that they are not capable of restraining themselves from using them to commit crimes.

We all agree that violent crime is bad and 4-year-olds getting shot is an unacceptable tragedy.
