Orange juice and fruited yogurt are not "just sugar bombs." There are plenty of nutrients in the oj and pro- and prebiotics in the yogurt. Not everyone is concerned with calories. And your "stiff high end cocktail" and "good wine" could be a much bigger problem than sugar is for many people. Context matters. |

Both of my parents turned into nightly ice cream eaters in the years before their deaths. They seemed to eat nothing but ice cream.
