Daycare says can’t come with a runny nose

Anonymous
At ours the kid isn't allowed back to school with just a runny nose until after a 14 day period or a negative (rapid) covid test. We're getting tested constantly this winter! It feels totally excessive but if that's what allows school to stay open, we'll deal.

Funny that want a rapid test rather than PCR? I thought there were more false negative issues with the rapid tests.

They'd prefer PCR but I dont think they can expect people to get those for every runny nose.
