Does it seem as if it’s trendy to not like little dogs?

How big does a Cavapoo get? I don't think of them as really little dogs, but I guess they are. It seems like people here hate any dog under like 60 pounds? Weird.

I think of a Cavapoo as one of those small but not tiny dogs, so not annoying. The ones I tend to dislike are the "toy" breeds that are like ten pounds and smaller. The ones people put in a handbag or doggie stroller.

Have always hated rat dogs. They have a short man complex, can't hold their bladder very long, and you can step on them too easily.

Little dogs are THE BEST. It’s obvious y’all have never owned a small dog because if you did, you’d feel differently about them.

I have a big dog and a small dog- I love them both and don't care if others don't like them.

Nope. Athletic people tend to have big dogs they can run with, not tiny dogs to fit in their purse.

I have a co-worker that says he has never taken his dog out for a walk. The dog has to make do with being allowed out into his backyard.

I think people here are saying that dogs under 25 pounds are small, so a big Cavapoo might just creep into the "medium" category.

If it’s a puppy you have to wait til they are fully vaccinated.

I don't care about the size, it is more about how well the dog is bred. Even some pure bred dogs are not well build, and it is a turn off. Well bred dog that fit all criteria of that breed is beautiful regardless of the size.

I like big dogs myself. When I was in university my roommate had a pug I ended up loving. She was super smart and very sweet. I was surprised by how much I like her because I always had larger dogs as a kid.

My next door neighbor has mini poodles. I really do hate them. They bark all the time. Such an annoying squeaky bark too.

yeah, but then she's pointing out that her puppy is good because it's small, which . . . puppies are small, regardless of breed.

I can’t stand the yappetizers. Give me a big fluffy Malamute any day.

We call them puntables. Little hair dogs are all look similar and unattractive.

I’ve been ahead of the curve my whole life then! I do not like small yippee lapdogs.
