not sure I think they're hoping for 16. |
not sure what your problem is, but fact are facts regardless of if you want to accept them or not. |
| Are most of the MU 05's staying put or moving on to ECNL clubs? |
most are staying, from what I hear. |
| Has there been any discussion on where they would practice? We would love Tyson's Corner-Reston is a bit far. |
mostly Tysons, from what parents were told |
A few are moving on. |
Its more than a few I can assure you What can Metro offer its partnering clubs now? Do players from Potomac, Stoddart, and GF really want to come to MU? |
The coaching and training is amazing! |
| So what is the style of play at MU vs other clubs in the area. |
Where are they moving to? On the second question, I'd also like to know -- my understanding was the the PT player role would be less significant going forward (can't practice all days, won't play in many games, etc.) so what is the value proposition to those partner clubs? Just being seen at the younger ages? MU Coaches going over there and running practices so as to do said seeing and scout for future years? |
maybe 2. so, that's not "more than a few". not sure how you can assure something you have no knowledge of. just because you have a thing with metro doesn't mean you can assure anything or that you know anything. |
wouldn't go that far. some of the coaches are quality. some of the training is good. there's room for a lot of improvement. hopefully it will come this year |
for the PT players, yes, more restrictions this year. which is definitely a plus for FT families. the benefit is training at a higher level weekly and being considered for game play, if needed. then, possibly transitioning in the future, if it's appropriate in the future. similar to other clubs in the area. |

Potomac coach: hey kids if you're REALLY talented then maybe just maybe a metro scout will notice you and you can play GA
