Grandparents (my in-laws) didn't send bday gift to 4 yo - say something?

We have 7 grandchildren and we can’t always remember the dates until almost the last minute and then it’s an Amazon solution. But now with their deliveries being delayed in many instances it becomes a bigger problem. Also, our kids homes are jammed with kid stuff, they don’t need any more stuff.

It's a pandemic OP, and depending on the grandparents they may not be familiar with ordering on the web or just couldn't get what they wanted to give, or it's coming super slow.
