If you choose never to marry again please come in.

Male here - I have no intention of marrying again though I’d have no problem being in a LTR and living together. But I have no desire to merge assets and be legally binded.

+1. Unless there is alcoholism/addiction or abuse, it’s been proven better for the children. Plus divorce and living separately takes money away from the children.

I have absolutely not intention or desire to marry again (widowed). I love being single!

Please cite the study.

Common sense.

Also, google scholar has a lot on this if you want to do your own research.

unless I was young & wanted a family, Never.

But have integrity- don't string people along, when you have no intentions of marriage & you know that's what the other person wants

New poster here. Are you kidding? Are you the same poster who wrote that you read two of "Wasserstein's" books when her name is Wallerstein?

The studies have proven that children who grow up with a lot of conflict between parents, or with parents who are cold and distant to each other, do terribly in later life. In those cases, divorce can be a much bette option for kids.

I don't judge people for making either decision. I do judge people for posting misleading and hurtful statements.

I am female and I don’t see why I would want to live with someone unless it is greatly financially beneficial.
