The stay of the DA's subpoena expires Monday so Trump's lawyer is making sure the judge rules before the stay expires. Trump is so, so desperate to hide his tax returns, it's crazy.

An appeal has been filed on an emergency basis. It will ultimately be decided by the Supreme court. |
