APS: How many new K classes at each school

Last year was 5

As far as I’ve heard, Ashlawn will have 5 just like last year but they have upped first grade to 6.

It’s been five since my rising fifth grader was in K. I think the year ahead of him was four. So they’re needing one more classroom a year. Not sure what will move in that corridor.

It’s been five since my rising fifth grader was in K. I think the year ahead of him was four. So they’re needing one more classroom a year. Not sure what will move in that corridor.


Two years ago there were 6.

I heard Taylor moved around a bunch of teachers this year so some of the K teachers we met at the orientation night are now teaching other grades. There are new teachers assigned to K.
