How about you do you and don't worry about why everyone makes the decisions they make. I could spend all day wondering why someone is so worried about what a total stranger is doing and post repeatedly about it on a message board, but I've come to learn in life everyone has their reasons for things. I don't have to understand why I take a shit every morning, I just do.

I went to see this house and the seller's agent was in the driveway giving us the history of the oil spill. I'm sure the buyer is getting the full disclosure as well.

I don't live in Mantua but everytime someone comes here and asks about Mantua you have (probably the same) people crying about how there was some ginormous oil spill. We get it, there was a spill over a quarter century ago. That doesn't make it a toxic waste dump.. lol It also didn't affect the whole area. Yes OP, you must be new here. DCUM is a bunch of SAHM self promoters of their own neighborhood and shitting on everyone else's. Yes, we get that there was a spill. Please STFU already..

+1, it's impossible to have a conversation about Mantua on DCUM. I know people who live on the north side and it's a gorgeous neighborhood with, by all accounts, great schools.
