I think there is some truth to this.

Attractiveness correlates positively with socioeconomic status, and conservatives tend to be wealthier than liberals. Sure, there are some fugly hillbilly conservatives, but there are also smoking hot sorority/frat types that are usually conservative.

I generally lean liberal, btw. I have to admit that liberal women tend toward the self-consciously-eclectic-bookish look and the men often appear to be suffering from "Low T."

Literally every conservative guy I know has a beer gut LOL. As for the women, they are Kate Gosslin type. So not unattractive, but not attractive either, if that makes sense. They are not necessarily skinnier than my liberal friends. In fact, my liberal friends are more diverse, and as a result, have better skin, muscle tone etc.
