No need for random drug testing or age discrimination. Let's keep some perspective, Mr. Sessions. As far as we know, no children were being sold drugs, and the children presumably didn't even know that the teachers were using, and no children met harm because of the teachers' intoxication. Just investigate, fire them if this turns out to be true, and move on. Nothing more needs to happen to "prevent" this from happening again. It's shocking that it happened, and I never expect to hear that it's happened again.
