Puhlease. They were smoking weed, not playing with guns. I get that it's not ideal to have them doing this on school grounds but, tbh, I'd worry 10x more about the rampant abuse/over prescribing of addictive stimulants (Adderal, Ritalin, etc) in the schools.

I'd be more worried about legal prescription meds that can be abused with no consequences.

That said, these two are so stupid they don't deserve to have jobs at all. Smoking before school is bad enough, but smoking IN THE SCHOOL?! Did they really think they wouldn't get caught?
