Is the Parent Referral worthwhile? If yes, suggestions on the types of submissions

Sure, but they don't technically have a formula. So, the AART and school would still need to spend 4 hours preparing the file for those kids, and the committee would still need to spend whatever time reviewing those files. It would make much more sense to use a formula, so they wouldn't have to waste so much time on children who should be rubber stamped into the program.

my dd got 139 on cogat and gbrs 12 she teacher still highly recommended us to do parents referral, she got in last year. hope it helps
