Thinking about this post, all my athletic pantsin various styles are black and I have several pairs of skinny jean cut pants (not jeggings) in black. Its just easy.

I wear yoga pants 90% of the time. They look good on me, I work from home, I walk at least 5 miles a day, and I generally do yoga at least 2 hours a day, sometimes more, and sometimes split up. I am not going to carry a change of clothes with me at all times.

You can't even find a moment to slip on something other than exercise wear when heading out to a school event in the evening? To a restaurant? You must be busier than most people can even imagine.

I only wear yoga pants and I don’t care what others think. I own many pair so they’re always clean. They’re just incredibly comfortable. I have nobody to impress and no reason to dress up 99% of the time. If I have an interview, funeral, wedding, bar mitzvah I will dress appropriately. Otherwise, who cares?

Yes. I'm still wearing them. Still working from home. For exercise class, I wear colors and then after I shower I go back to clean black ones--which I WAH and walk the dog and run local errands. I don't wear them to team dinners or school events though. But I own about 6 pairs of Lulu black yoga pants that are identical.

They look good on her, she is very short, under 5', maybe even 2,3 inches, and very skinny. To every single game in the last 3 years, and to all other parents/team/school event, she is in black yoga pants. She says she works, but from home, so when I pick up her DD, she is in yoga pants, taking pictures at games, yoga pants, going out to team dinner, other parents dress up sometimes, she is in yoga pants. She is around 50 years old. Is this a trend? Yoga pants look really good on me too, but I am too hesitant to wear them to events. Is she secure and I am insecure? Yes, I know I should MMOB, but, here I am not and I am curious as to if this is perfectly normal or is it a bit unusual.

Does she drive a flashy gigantic luxury SUV too? Probably in white but maybe it's black. All of these washed up sorority girls think they're a Kardashian even though they're old bags. It's sad.

Jeans shouldn’t be worn to dinner. How hard is it to put on a dress?

MYOB.

Girdle?

Dresses shouldn’t be worn to dinner. How hard is it to put on a spacesuit?

I would never wear them to an event or to dinner but errands, kids sports, grabbing coffee all definitely done in yoga pants during the week. It's like a comfortable uniform you don't have to think about.
