I second the "marry well" poster.
Also, spend your money responsibly, don't create a lot of debt, especially today with student loans burdening lot of young people, this is very difficult and burdensome. Invest, invest invest. Even if just a little bit every month, from coins to stocks and real estate. They will appreciate over time and you will be happier. And at last, try to protect your career if you have one, when you have kids. Unless you marry really well. |

These are all great suggestions but I have one to add that hasn't been mentioned. If you really want kids and aren't close to getting married, spend the money now to do one round of IVF (just the egg retrieval part). It will be way easier to get a good number of viable eggs at a SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper cost than wasting years and $$$ later if you don't meet you're spouse until your late 30s or even 40s. When I think about how much money my DH and I could have saved if I had just spent a few thousand $ 10 years ago...
Nope. Don't waste the money, young gals. Invest in Real Estate, as stated previously, your 401K, your skin and health, your job. |
And for GOD'S SAKE, remember you marry his entire family! And be glad you have internet - RESEARCH THEM! |
