How much do you save a month for kids college?

Same hold true for 529 investors. Nobody thinks this run up will last forever.

How is that relevant? The discussion is about the relative performance of 529 index funds and a non-tax advantaged portfolio of individual stocks and real estate properties.

$500 per month for DD who is 1.5 years old. HHI is 500K but we live in a no state income state so no tax benefits to save more and we put more in a brokerage account that we can use for anything.
