He has been ordered to stay away from her home and places of employment. Hoppy also cannot go to their 7-year-old daughter Bryn’s school when Frankel is present. Should he violate the order, he will be arrested and could face criminal charges. His bail was exonerated.

Yes, you agreed to a plea where you can't contact her in any way or be in her presence for 6 months and the judge agreed to this deal, but her claims have no basis and it was all made up. Uh-huh.

This is one of those situations where I can't really figure out who the crazy one is. Ive watched all the housewives episodes and her own show and watched her downward spiral when she got rich she basically couldn't handle her shit. I think he also has some skeletons but I *think* she is the unhinged one to be honest.

People witnessed him going after her at the school. Her boyfriend wrote a cease and desist letter on her behalf. (Is she paying him to do this? Is he from central casting?) She provided the court hundreds of emails/texts/voicemails. So she somehow fabricated all that (so easy to tell if this kind of thing is fabricated), yet somehow the DA kept pursuing the case, added charges sometime over the summer, and ultimately struck a plea deal where he can't contact her for 6 months? Carole, from the RHONY cast, speaks of having overheard abusive phone calls and reading the messages from him. So she's being paid off too?

I think he did by the end. On the show he was saying horrible things to her behind closed doors, which she would reference on the show. He gave me a creepy vibe by the end.
