And there were witnesses, and they said he was the one screaming and carrying on.
The police source sounds like a 16 year-old bruh, according to that quote. |
| I won't be surprised if he shoots her or something, as sad as it is to say. He is the textbook angry and obsessive ex man who is not willing to let his ex go. See stories like this in the newspaper every day |
| I think she's painting him to look like a mad man. Look how many bad divorces she's had in the past and how she behaves on TV. (Granted yes most of that is staged but come on). He helped her build her brand and business and now she's acting like he's causing all the problems. |
False. I'm happy for you and the life that you have led. Truly. |
Why would a "police source" say this? For money. This sounds obviously planted by his lawyers and total BS. I think Bethenny is such a bitch but the original story seems to have truth to it. And that is scary for their child. |
I'm pp and I am basing that on the six months I spent working in a law school clinic helping people get restraining orders for domestic violence. Judges apply a lenient standard because not granting one erroneously could be disastrous. |
If you watched the reality show, you'd see that she asked him to help out. He quit his job, traveled with her to Jim Beam (I think) and helped set up the sale of the company for $$$. It's not like he sat around doing nothing. Plus she has a different apartment. Not sure what happened with the one they shared but she didn't end up in it. |
She sold it. Apparently now there is a dispute over the proceeds of the sale because of the way the trust was set up. |
He got her to sign a document putting ownership of the apartment into a trust (by lying to her, according to her) giving him half the apartment and the right to live rent free and then he got his mother to act as the notary to the trust, even thought she wasn't a legal notary in NY state. A judge ruled the trust invalid. Which is why she got the apartment and sold it and kept the proceeds. The dispute now is she's suing the lawyers that set up the trust and were supposed to be acting on her behalf and allegedly never advised her what she was signing when she signed the trust. He's completely disgusting and who cares if he joined her on a tour of the Jim Beam factory for TV and quit his job so he could "help" her business. She clearly didn't need his kind of help and I'm sure whatever he did, she could have paid someone to do it for her. It was her idea, her brand, her vision, her execution. I'm sure she more than compensated him for his generous time in whatever settlement he came up with. I find it amazing that any woman would defend him or his actions. You might not like her. I don't really like her. But this has all been decided in a court of law and the court of law says he's a money-grubbing sneak. |
Yep. So lenient that your harasser can easily get a restraining order back on you. The social worker warned me that that happens all the time, and, indeed, it happened to me. Thank God his lies were uncovered in court. |
Reverse the genders and this is EVERY divorce proceeding you feminists cheer for. ex. "Yeah girl, GET HIM! Take him to the cleaners!" |
Ok, Bethany, |

I think it's fairly obvious that Jason's family has found this thread.
They've been very active, posting strange details that only family members would know, and odd comments praising his family and claiming Bethenny is "jealous" all over the internet. Hey, guys- you're making it really, sadly obvious. |
