Don't forget about the recent Newsweek article laying out all the Trump campaign/Russian connections and the Slate article about the odd server traffic.

Yes, dc urban moms really have knack for that don't they?

They're also sharing borscht recipes on the food and cooking forum. Go figure.

we don't care about Russia. We care that our newly elected President does seem to be their puppet.

I think HRC going full-blown McCarthian was ridiculous.

We have our problems, people. Stop trying to police the world. We're not that rich and powerful anymore. Better pray Russia and China don't start trading oil in yuan. This is what your headaches should be about.

NP here.

What on earth gives you the idea that it will stop with Ukraine? Exactly how much of the world are you willing to cede to a bloodthirsty dictator?

We are plenty rich and powerful enough to ensure stability in the world, which is both moral and in our best interest as a nation.

Your "America is weak" nonsense is simply wrong, and unpatriotic to boot.

Your track record doesn't really support that claim. Nothing the US did in the Middle East, for instance, brought any stability. Wealth and power doesn't bring stability. You have to deploy a brain cell on occasion, too.

That's demonstrably false. The US has accomplished plenty of things which brought stability to the region. Did that eliminate larger issues in terms of Sunni vs. Shi'a or aggression by Saddam? No. But stable regimes in places like Saudi Arabia, UAE, Lebanon and Jordan are beneficial and help advance US interests. We don't need the Turks fighting the Kurds. We don't need the State of Pakistani to fail. We don't need Netanyahu to bomb Iran. We played our hand poorly in Iraq and made things infinitely worse but that doesn't make Isolationism the answer. We need to lead on issues like refugee resettlement and set the tone.

Try identifying the last 75 year period in European history without a major conflict.

Do you ever look at maps? I like to look at maps. Old maps, new maps. Maps with dragons.

If you look at a map of Europe, how many countries are on one continent? If you look at a map of North America, how many countries are there?

But it's not treason when Republicans openly collude with foreign powers. Just when Hillary doesn't use email the way they want. In retrospect. It was totally cool when Bush did it.
