+1. I compliment men all the time and I'm happily married. This guy shook my hand the other day and his hands were exceptionally soft. I told him so. I said "Wow, your hands are so soft, your wife must enjoy them." He blushed and grabbed my hand with his other hand. I am extremely flirty though. But I compliment everyone if I find something about them warrants a compliment.
