i don't think they're moving out of the area. She just opened up a shop in Great Falls. I've seen her a lot out and about in GF. But what do i know -- I don't know her.

So I feel like most of the reasons the "after" looks better is because of paint/floors/decorating.

A lot of her actual renovations aren't that great? Like I'm not a fan of the new crown molding, or the built-ins, or some of the other changes.

I like the vegetable garden out front though.

So she's listing her Great Falls home at 944 Walker St for 2.5mn! She bought it for 1 mn four years ago... Jesus!

And seems like she already subdivided the original 5acre lot into small lots and sold one or two of them for 700k-1mn (newly built mcmansion on that lot is also for sale)...

She has two new houses, simultaneous renovations. I kind of love the “Modern Equestrian” one. Does Great Falls really bear these 1.5 - 2.5 m prices?

She makes a lot of $ on her flips. Good for her. I think her kitchens are hideous and non-functional and much of her design is the furniture. I wonder if she sells it with the house. Otherwise the buyers aren’t getting the same look.

IIRC, she blogged about the condo flip, she said furniture was for sale separately but then wrote somewhere that the buyer had just bought the condo alone.

I am a huge fan of hers, currently making my way through her third book, trying to get her look on a budget.

Her style is not quite for me and I don’t approve of anyone using their children for their brand, but she has a nice writing style and she’s pretty. I like the fabrics.
