A judge is not a Homeland Security employee. It is not his job to arrest people, it is his job to rule on cases brought before him in court.

He doesn't even have jurisdiction to do anything about an illegal immigrant unless a case is brought before him. How are people this stupid?

My 4 year old would say "The teacher put me in time out, because she hates me." Not because I deserved it, not because I did something against the rules -- it's because she doesn't like me.

That's what Trump is saying. "The judge is ruling against me, because he hates me."

By Trump's definition, the only way a judge would be unbiased, would be to always rule in his favor.

I really think you aren't giving preschoolers enough credit.

Trump was probably never good at logic and so are you.

Yet the PP and Trump have a huge point, given the La Raza connection.

Are you suggesting that a federal judge who oversaw a scholarship committee which funded one (out of seven) student who identified himself as "undocumented" would be biased against Trump because Trump is "building wall"? In that case most judges will be biased against a lot of the cases they have. That is not how judicial system works - please educate yourself. What is more reasonable is that Trump is creating this personal feud (in preparation of a future appeal) and if the judge responds (I hope he is smart enough to not respond) it is possible that he would site this feud during the appeal.

I am suggesting that a federal judge who picks and chooses which laws he wants to uphold is not a good judge.

Explain me how he picks and chooses which laws he wants to uphold?

Seriously ? An undocumented person is here illegally. He not only didn't enforce immigration law, he rewarded the illegal status with a scholarship.

So the judge should have sent the student to jail or would have deported when the student applied for scholarship, like how? Do you know that many undocumented students in this country get scholarship - even from places like Harvard? You seem to be totally confused about the roles or responsibility of a judge and the judges other roles outside his job. Please educate yourself. Your hatred is clouding your judgement.

And it's illegal. The judge knows this. And rewarded the behavior. Trump is right. Biased

Scholarships usually do not have a legal and illegal check. They usually have qualification and need check. Have you ever applied for one? The judge did not reward the behavior. The judge awarded because his skill and possibly need. You might want to read this article: https://www.washingtonpost.com/posteverything/wp/2014/09/24/i-told-harvard-i-was-an-undocumented-immigrant-they-gave-me-a-full-scholarship/

They knew this individual was illegal. So did Harvard. Both broke the law. Doesn't matter how much need was there. Illegal is unqualified

So let me get this straight brilliant one. The case started in 2010. The judge, through amazing clairvoyance, knew that Trump was going to tell America that we needed to build a wall in 2016, therefore, he has treated him unfairly because he knew Trump was going to build a wall. Oh, my bad. That makes complete sense. OMG, you are the dumbest person ever.

In 2016, the lead plaintiff requested to withdraw from the case. The lawyers representing the plaintiff paid hundreds of thousand dollars speaking fee to Hillary. Two partners went to jail for improper conduct. The judge granted the request but didn't dismiss the case. Trump has every right to question his motive when other states AG dismissed the case.

What an amazing narrative without citing any evidence to support it! And also, Trump does have the right to question the judge's bias. Any litigant has that right. It's done by a motion for recusal, which he hasn't filed. Wonder why? Oh, probably because he has no grounds for it.

I would love to see the source for this.

By the way, state AGs declining to pursue a case against a fraudulent business has ABSOLUTELY NO bearing or precedent on class action civil litigation in different states from those AGs.

Digging into this judge's background is desperate. Trump didn't say the guy was biased because of a scholarship program. He said the judge is biased because his parents were Mexican, and Trump vows to build a wall. He also said the same could be true of a Muslim. Not a specific Muslim that you can dig into, but any hypothetical Muslim.
