Well, was Dylan Roof crazy? Because when many of expressed that we thought he was part of a wider White supremacist movement, many Cons on DCUM said, "no, he was a lone wolf - he was just crazy" despite the fact that he openly identified as a White supremacist. So yea, if Dylan Roof was just crazy, so was the shooter in Richmond.
