If that is the way op's husband refers to his bil, then that is likely how the mil will refer back to her son. The root of the problem is the husband who rightly or wrongly views his bil as a loser. |
MIL is a mean woman and it will come back to her when she is old and needs DIL's help. |
How odd that you think this. If I referred to my sister-in-law as a "loser" to my mother, she would remind me that she raised me to be a kind and compassionate person. She would ask me if I thought that was a very Christian thing to say. She is a well-mannered, kind-hearted adult who doesn't enjoy putting other people down. If your mother would behave otherwise, I feel sorry for your. |
