Male teachers and diapering/toileting

And if they do it anyway, what’s gonna happen?

This isn't the policy at our school, and I'm the director. However, I do not EVER want ANY teachers to be alone in a classroom with children, or in a bathroom with a door closed. We all can be accused of abuse, whether sexual or physical, in seconds, and ruin our lives. So we keep the door propped open just a bit when we are changing a child, helping them through an accident, or helping them to wipe. And that goes for my male teacher we have now and the male teachers we had a few years ago.

A lot of insurers won’t insure a school or center if a Male teacher is allowed to change kids or be alone with kids.

I would give funny looks to the dads, they ate touching and kissing their kids on their lips. Ugh disgusting

Agreed. That's why I cross the street when I see a black person approaching. Why risk it?

OK racist troll.

I am a teacher who works in a childcare centre, we have a new male teacher who is great & think it’s fabulous what he does with the children but feel strongly that he shouldn’t be changing or taking them to the toilet. It puts me on edge when he is alone in the preschool & feel it is high risk because he is a man. I feel very strongly about it.

You are holding someone innocent responsible for the abuse you suffered.
This is a you problem, but I understand why you would feel this way.
