Yes, to most of these, as well as Dear Zachary (which ripped my heart out, chewed it up, spat it out, and stomped on it...I still feel like there is no closure).

As for Toy Story, it would have to be Toy Story 3 for me. Those tears caught me by surprise.

I also cried the first time I saw Lonesome Dove. The scene, you know it if you've seen it, close to the end...

I'm the pp you quoted - ha, i actually meant toy story 3 - my kids sobbed swearing to me they never want to leave home to go to college. I said I'd remind them of that in 13 yrs ...

Finding Neverland
A River Runs Through It

Also someone should post movies that were designed to make you cry but actually don't--Titanic is one of those for me, as is Legends of the Fall

This is going to sound so generic, but I can never stop crying at the end of "Titanic."

Also, "The Lion King," when Simba's daddy dies. I always cry at that.

And of course, the film that came out about that boy whose father went to WWII, & they thought he was deceased so they buried him. Turns out he actually was still alive and he came home in the end.

Called "Boy" or something like that. Came out about a year or so ago. Excellent film.

I'm so glad to see such love for My Life as a House. I saw that a decade ago and it still sticks with me. It was a beautiful movie.

Also seconding Out of Africa, Terms of Endearment, Steel Magnolias, Sophie's Choice -- the tried and true no-fail hard hitters.

But I can't believe no one has mentioned The Iron Giant! "You are who you choose to be." "Superman." I cry every time. Also Vanilla Sky and Donnie Darko and The English Patient. *sob*
