Sorry guys. I'm 40 now and I didn't want to date 40+ divorcees or immature never married old guys in my 20s. Nothing has changed.

I so agree. My SIL is married to a man 15 years her senior and he is a really a hot mess. I think no woman his age would deal with him.

Exactly. BTW, I'm sure you, as a 40 year old lady, could go out and score with any 20 year old you wanted. It's not some huge accomplishment like many men make it out to be- in fact, in many ways that's easier because younger people tend to be less serious about dating and thus have lower standards for a partner

The movie _Sleeping Beauty_ shows how the impotent older men pay to get naked and lay in bed with a naked beautiful young girl who is drugged. She knows she is drugged, and she is getting paid for this to support herself in college.

Exactly. if you are okay with someone really just using you for money, then that's fine. people from the outside know what's happening. I think it's really kind of sad for the men... like, how low would your self esteem have to be to essentially pay someone to love you? And I would assume that the first marriage statistic is because the average age for first marriage is about 27 now, and used to be younger. So unless a dude was wanting to be arrested for statutory rape, it wasnt even an option, on average.

PP's claim seems to insinuate that 10 year age gaps are as rare as a size 0 who is going thru menopause. I show her data that 20% of re-marriages are men to women 10 years younger. Clearly this phenomena is not the Haley's comet scenario that PP describes.
