| Tons of water. I also starting craving lemonade and limeade when summer started, probably because I normally start drinking margaritas when the weather gets hot. |
| One half-caff cup of coffee, one cherry coke zero. Together they equal about 135 mg of caffeine, well within the limits. After those treats, I'm cool with water the rest of the day. |
| Mostly water, 1-2 cups decaf coffee, every now and again ginger ale or, when craving, R.W. Knudsun pineapple juice (and i never drink juice when not preggers) |
+1. Per Mayo Clinic, aspartame is OK. Use your judgment, of course, but there is no indication that it causes problems. Also drank TONS of water, and gallons of unsweetened hibiscus iced tea. 3 Red Zinger tea bags and a quart of water; let sit in the fridge for a few hours. Add lemon juice if you want, but no real need. Oh - and lots of perrier, with or without lemon or lime. |
| Homemade lemonade I sweeten it with a little honey, water with orange or cucumber slices and mint sprigs, I never drink orange juice but seem to crave it now, espresso and sometimes I drink raw juice from JRINK or Suja |
Barley coffee. Homemade fruit juice. |
I'm doing the same thing...the Simply Lemonade with Mango but cut with water so not so strong/so much sugar. I don't know why I love lemonade so much during pregnancy! |

Water is really the best thing. Orange juice and other juices were good for me -- I often mixed with plain soda water (we have a SodaStream, so it's easy to make and doesn't have anything but bubbles and water in it).
Lemonade is great and feels really hydrating when it's hot out. I try (in general -- pregnant or not) to avoid too much of it, since it has added sugar in it, but as long as you aren't drinking 8oz of it 15 times a day, I don't think this is an issue. |
| Diet Coke and water. Who cares? |
| Water. |
| Why do you need something other than water? |
Why not? |
| milk! |
| Cranberry water with rosemary. Tart and delicious. Plus it's good for all those 3rd trimester UTIs |
