what's the deal with so many people drinking beer, wine, g&t and so forth. I get having a glass here or there...but enough to mention it as a drink that is part of your normal weekly protocol? Weird.

Tonic is another one you are supposed to avoid because of the quinine (it's category c: http://www.drugs.com/pregnancy/quinine.html).

This sounds delicious. did you make your own lemonade?

There's a brand... Simply something that I like. Also it is about time for one organic brand to always be on sale at whole foods...can't remember the name but it would be good too.

(water by the gallon, of course) and GUS ginger or lemon sodas. Avoided HFCS, so no regular sodas.

Basically something natural/organic but without caffeine I guess. Just wondering what you drank while pregnant? As a diet coke, soda, and coffee drinker, I am finding this difficult.

I lived on homemade lemonade (made with real sugar or honey). It helped with the first trimester nausea and was my "go to" drink from them on.
