When someone mentions "W" schools, what schools specifically are they talking about?

You say elitist, I say functioning. I am sorry but kids around here can do the math to realize that not everyone will become a NBA or NFL player let alone a rapper. Best to prepare for elite jobs by living amoung the elite and in elite schools. Sure not everyone makes it but it is a chance.

I keep forgetting that, according to DCUM, MCPS consists of

1. wealthy/white schools
2. gang-infested schools
