She could stand to gain 20 pounds but her face is perfect. Would look even better with a little more padding but the bone structure is flaw free.

Keira has very angular features, and a boy or a man could have the same features and be symmetrical. Most beautiful women have round and soft features, and Keira does not.

No, she has a very feminine, delicate face actually, with rather large cheeks given her tiny body. If she gained 20 pounds, I can guarantee you a lot of it would go to her cheeks and she would have even more of a baby face.
You can already see, with her pregnancy, even though she hasn't gained too much weight yet here face and cheeks are quite round:

She has almond shaped eyes and huge lips, not to mention a small nose and high cheekbones. Feminine ideal.

Bi woman here, and it's 50/50 for me. I have to say, I'm still losing weight from having my baby and I never realized what an asset being fit is. I have a pretty face, but without the body...it's just not the same.
