...and btw, I don't live in Howard County. I live in MOCO but have known for a while that HCPSS is the best in the state.

This survey is rigged. If you look at the National results, 3 out of the top 5 are from Jericho (Long Island). How in all of the U.S. can 3 of the top 5 be from the same town. I grew up one town over from there and believe me, it's no paradise.
