Gliders are so ugly and country- what other options are there?

We bought a used Dutailier glider (wide seat, reclines, white paint, matching ottoman) off Craigslist and it's probably the best baby purchase we made. We still use it every single night at nearly 2.5 years old. I find it really comfortable. My SIL has an upholstered glider (Target maybe) which looks much nicer but I find it really uncomfortable for nursing and rocking and sitting and especially dozing, all things I've done a lot of in my Dutailier.

I paid about $180, drove to Chantilly, and could probably sell it for nearly what I paid for it when we are done with it. The thing about gliders over recliners is that you can put your feet up AND rock at the same time, which most recliners do not do.
