At 60 I look 38. Sunscreen every day, regardless of the weather. Face, neck, decolletage, hands, lower arms. Wear the sweat/waterproof variety. Exercise to stay toned and thin. Adequate sleep. Highlights to cover the gray. Teeth whitened but not ultra white. Classic clothes in colors that warm your complexion. Get the tailoring done so they fit. Minimal makeup and minimal flashiness. Yup, very possible.
