It's possibile to look like 10/15 years younger?

I've never met someone whose age I couldn't guess within a few years. People are deluded.

I look very young, most people guess my age at teens to twenties depending on how I've dressed. I was once mistaken for my sister's daughter. Now, that was really awkward. My sister and I were out shopping with her 12 year old daughter. A woman started chatting with my sister then she glanced at me and my niece and said, "You girls are so sweet to be helping your mom. How old are your girls?"

My sister was horrified. I was about 40 and she's five years younger than me.

I showed my cousin that ny times article/photos of the identical twins aging differently due to smoking and other lifestyle choices. She quit smoking and reduced her consumption of red meat and sugar.

Well I'm not sure about that but I'm a big believer in Callanetics. I really do think doing Callanetics on regular basis will give you a younger looking body. I'm 34 but contrary to the belief on this forum I think I'm young... In fact I think anything below 45 is young. I think that now I look better than 10 years ago because I know how to take care of myself and look good. I have no idea how you can look 10 years younger but you can definitely look 10 times better.

40 looking 25 or 30...riiiiiight!

You can look great for 40, but you are not looking like a 25yr old. Go take your middle aged ass out to Spider Kelly's and embarrass yourselves. I'm sure you will blend right in. LOL!

It's possibile!!! I'm 31 but people say i look 18!! You're just jealous

That's called being nice. No one really thinks you're a HS senior.

Absolutely possible. One of my dearest friends looked like a 12 year old well into her late 20s (even after having a kid). She is petite and has perfect skin and big eyes. She just looks so young. Now she is close to 40, but she really looks closer to 20.

I'm this poster, I forgot to add that once a person thought she was my daughter and we are the same age. I look my age, but I take care of my skin and work out, so I know I don't look 60, which would make me her mother's age. She just looks like a kid.

I mentioned at work once that I had a 10 year old child. A newer employee was incredulous that Ihad a 10 year old and asked if I had my child as a teen. It was a clumsy moment, but I took it as a compliment.

My aunt is in her sixties but I think she could pass for her fourties- the trick is her skin is unbelievably oily. It is so oily that she still gets zits but the upside is she has virtually no wrinkles!!

The round face definitely helps. The women in my family have the rounder face, full cheeks. I always looked much younger. I remember my dad chuckling at my first driver's license photo (back when they were in profile in VA) because I looked about 10.

People lose facial fullness as they age...if you had a lot to begin with you tend to age better. My face really changed from teens to mid-20s. I finally had cheekbones at 30. I also have mediterranean/olive skin. This also helps.

I am 44 and while I look great and I am often mistaken for much younger...I don't for chance think I look 10-years younger, etc. I look like a fit, well-kept woman. I am so FINE with that. I find older attractive women to be sexier...I thought Amy Adams was so much hotter in American Hustler than Jennifer Lawerence. I think Julia Louis-Dreyfuss is so much hotter and sexier on Veep than her young staffer, Amy. I think a fit, toned, and well-kept woman is hot. I also am not into young dudes. I find older men more attractive in interesting. I liked 'Roger' better than 'Don Draper' on Mad Men. I know I am definitely in the minority.

I really think that what ages people the most is being uncomfortable with aging. When you are trying to hard---it shows. If you embrace and love life--you will look so much better (and keep up basic skincare, haircare, exercise, healhty eating)--but ENJOY.

What's the alternative? Everyone gets old.
