I was thinking that potstickers in a thermos with sauce on the side might be good for DC's lunch. Do you think that could work?

I tried this for my son and he said they got mushy in the thermos and didn't really like them, but maybe I prepared them wrong for that type of meal.

We like the Kung Pao Chicken - in the frozen aisle with the Asian foods.

Maybe try boiling or steaming the potstickers instead of panfrying

Potstickers are soooo yummy but yeah I could see how they could get mushy in a sealed thermos, even if they didn't have sauce, but especially if they had sauce included..
