| Looking for convenience foods that my teenage boys can heat up for lunch or that I can throw together for them for an easy dinner. One is a vegetarian. So far the mozzarella sticks are a hit, and sometimes they will eat the tofu orange "chicken." other suggestions? I have heard the frozen Mac and cheese is good, and the carnitas (for the meat eater). Thanks! |
| I like the red pepper tomato soup and the indian foods, both frozen and vacuum sealed. |
We avoid processed food and thus don't shop at TJ. So much junk. |
| Carnitas with their handmade tortillas. Serve with chimichurri rice in the freezer section. You could also get premed guacamole or mashed avocado. |
| Used to get the crispy frozen tilapia--so cruncy! The Alsatian tart is good, too. We can't have gluten so we don't get them anymore, but still buy the tamales every now and then. |
| Mini Beef Tacos, chicken potstickers, orange chicken, |
| I am OBSESSED with the turkey bolognese (freezer section) and it is solid ingredients/nothing "fake." |
| I like their samosas - yummy with their yogurt cilantro sauce. |
Slow clap PP. Slow clap. |
What a superior person you are!! |
| Second the potstickers (gyoza). They also have veggie and they are just fine microwaved. Don't forget the dipping sauce! |
I know this already. I don't need for you to affirm it. |
I really like this too. The frozen mac and cheese is good too but there isn't enough to feed two teenage boys in each package. I really like the frozen rice that cooks in the microwave. You can pair it up with anything. |
| I love TJ's spanakopita (sp?) and their cheese tamales smothered in salsa. We do the pot stickers from time to time and their sweet potato fries are delicious and decently nutritious. |
| Their frozen pizzas are good |
