Who is attacking you? The only person who claims to have been attacked is the man thrown out of the meeting. I said, if he thinks he was attacked, he should sue, but none of this has anything to do with the topic of the meeting. Why so indignant? |
I believe that we are applying the logic. If you violate the order of a public meeting, you get thrown out, regardless of whether you FEEL you are doing something important. Next time he can submit questions like everyone else. |
You're right! The man should not have brought up common Core when the meeting was about Common Core and the guard was hired to protect the Common Core meeting |
Arrested or thrown out? How about being thrown out of school for using an air soft gun on your own property, after officers behave determined you've committed no crime? Discharging a firearm. Gestapo |
So, was the arrested dude jailed or something? |
According to Godwin's Law, you lose. Of course, you lost several pages ago. But, you lose again. |
Are you ok with a boy being expelled for his behavior on private property? Actually two boys: "During a hearing Tuesday morning, Aidan Clark and Khalid Caraballo were expelled in a unanimous vote. Clark was offered the option of attending an alternative school, but his father, Tim, told WAVY News' Andy Fox he will be homeschooled." Is this OK with you? |
State dropped charges but said they were correct to arrest him |
Oh, come on. You are being too harsh. This thread has done a great job outlining why Common Core is a good thing and how scary and nasty the Tea Party is. |
So they dropped the charges of second-degree assault of a police officer, which carries a fine of $2,500 and up to 10 years in prison, and disturbing a school operation, which carries a fine of $2,500 and up to six months. The sickening right wing nut jobs whine a bit and the state of Maryland folds like a house of cards. Show some backbone Maryland. Backbone! |
No case. Otherwise they would not have dropped charges. Video and witnesses. Would be a fool's journey for the state |
The man should have behaved with respect and submitted his questions as asked, or, once he asked his questions, he should've let the panel answer them. That is, if he was interested in getting information. But he wasn't. He clearly wanted to disrupt the meeting. And he did. So, he should be happy! |
What's your problem with Common Core? |
Nice, let's mash two unrelated issues together and throw in the Nazis for effect. You are too emotional. |
Both are about public school overreach |
