Disney Channel shows- do you let your kids watch?

I watch Girl Meets World sometimes because I loved Boy Meets World. Beyond that, no.

You encourage them to watch other, better shows. My 9 year old has developed an obsession with Dr. Who, instead.

Well, my child does not have unrestricted access to the internet. So, she can't go on Netflix without my knowledge and permission.
