Ok, who owns this house?

You know the thing about these kinds of interior decor? Poor people are unable to appreciate it. I totally understand the comments above. It's like presenting astro physics to common folk.

Thanks for the house porn, OP! Can't imagine spending that much money to live that far out, but damn, the views made my mouth water a little. The house is nice, though some of the decor is a little much. And I can't imagine "needing" a spa room AND a theater AND a billiards room......

Honey, I don't think "poverty" has anything to do with whether or not you appreciate that home's design. It's called personal taste. To my eyes, it is WAY too busy and incoherent. If it makes you, or the owners happy well, yippee. It looks like the owner went nuts at Home Goods right after she bought her husband his 40th pair of khakis from Macy's. Sorry.

Ha! Exactly. I don't think you're in a position to question anyone about anything, PP. Just quit while you're ahead.

No, because you are correlating two things that are not necessarily related (wealth and taste) and any of your future attempts to create a logical argument will surely fail.

Hey, this is DCUM. You really expect a lot of logic here?

Of course not. Doesn't mean I can't advise people to stop spouting nonsense.

We just got back from Lake Como. Unless you want the mountains, I don't see how this view is any worse than what you get there. I'd take that view any day.

Do you mean "astrophysics"? Because as someone who's not wealthy but IS an astrophysicist, it would be nice if you common folk learned how to spell it properly when you're making your ridiculous judgments. But I get it, you're not smart enough to even spell the name of my discipline. C'est la vie.

Tee hee! Nice try, Regina George.

I was thinking the same thing. It was waaaaaaay over the top.

I liked the decor. It is bold. I especially liked the dining room chairs and how they matched the candles in the candle holders sitting on the table.
