Thoughts on this Kensington Heights house?

Another poster from the neighborhood. Tell your brother to join the wait list for Kenmont pool. It is all families who are ok with living on the wrong side of Kensington!

To the op, houses in that price range are hard to find in this neighborhood. We moved at a very inconvenient time because a new construction house was available. I will say that I think this one is overpriced. There were recent, bigger new construction houses further from university recently. But, be patient- the neighborhood is worth it! (Although we also plan to do private after OTES.)

Nope, my brother bought it! They were considering it and it suddenly clicked I had read this thread, so I pulled it up on my phone and showed it to them. They think (most of) you all are crazy- and they didn't read past page 2!

Tell your brother we are very happy to have him on the "wrong side of the tracks." Tell him he made a great choice!
