Who are you voing for?

Obama (already voted, actually, in an overseas absentee ballot)
Reasons: too numerous to name but pretty much summed up by the fact that the Bush/McCain republicans scare the living daylights out of me (foreign policy, economy and economic regulation, social issues/civil liberties and Supreme Court, Palin). Add to that the fact the McCain has demonstrated himself, over the past two months, to be a hate-mongering, fear-mongering, erratic person. So, that said, I guess my short answer is that the alternative is truly frightening.

Apologies for the double post...

Hey 01:25--Don't worry about the double vote(which you phrased as being a double post--clever on your part), we McCain supporters have already seen voter fraud and crooked fund raising from Obama's supporters-it's par for the course.

No, no, no, it is voter REGISTRATION fraud you McCain supporters are accusing the Obama campaign with supporting. VOTER fraud would be when people actually show up to vote fraudulantly (using false names, etc.) As far as I know, no one in the MCCain camp is saying that this has happened.

Voter SUPPRESSION is yet another tactic but -- ooops, looks like that's one your side is better at! Good on ya!

I know someone working at the State Department overseas and learned that overseas voter registration is thru the roof!

I predict a LANDSLIDE victory for Obama. I believe MO, IN, PA, OH, CO and VA will be on the blue team this election.

The enthusiasm that is spreading all over this country is electrifying. I wonder if it's comparable to Kennedy or Robert Kennedy. This election is so exciting!

Thanks for proving once again that Republicans are morons.

I guess it depends on your definition of exciting.

I heard the same thing from a State Dept. employee friend of mine!

I'm a Dem for Obama, but I think the first quote is perfectly reasonable. The main reason I voted for Kerry was Bush, so why not the other way around? If the second writer disagrees, that's fine, but using that as an excuse to insult all Reps is, IMHO, not a useful contribution to the discussion.

So the second poster made a generalization. big deal! The first poster obviously didn't have any information to back him up and therefore left a pretty lame message. If you hate Obama so much, state why! It's fairly simple. But if you can't think of a reason, then the second poster was right on target with his/her generalization!

Voting for Obama. And arranging transport to the polls for voters in Virginia.
