Black female here. Feel free to ask "female" questions. I will answer (and maybe others will chime in too).

She's got my back!!! Thanks PP.

I hope i dont offend, but i have always been curious about these questions. I've asked friends, but still wonder if I'm getting the "political" answer, so since this is anonymous and you offered to answer anything, here goes:

Do you secretly think all white people are racist?
Do you hold a grudge because of slavery and/or history?
Do you think America owes you and all other black citizens something in this day and age?

OP here (my personal answers): No, No, and hell no.

If someone does wrong to you in public, do you automatically call them a racist?

Black female here.

1-Not racist, but I do think that some/many believe stereotypes and judge black people.
2-No, but I do get a bit sad if I think about the suffering of my ancestors and a bit angry at those who participated in the horrible practice. This doesn't happen often...it usually only happens during a debate and/or when I used to take AA courses in college.
3-Absolutely not. But I do find it frustrating that many white people seem to think this is true.

No. Unfortunately I've been done wrong by all races, including my own.

Do you "act" black?

Are you afraid of black on black violence? Even Michele O said she feared this for BO.

Aren't black babies generally larger than babies of other races, too--not talking about the peen here ppl!?

Very interesting. Most 8+ pound babies that I've heard/know of have been white. Of the black babies I know they all fall in the 6.5-7.5 range. My own children fell in the 6.5-7.5 range.

Another black female. That is interesting. My sibs and I were all between 6.5 and 7. My kids were 8.6 and 8.7. My DH who is white, comes from a family that routinely has 9+ lbers and he has an uncle who weighed in at 11.

Random black woman here
I hate that term "acting black", or people telling me I "act white". I told my cousin to talk to me in English because I didn't know what she was saying. She said "so I can sound like you", I asked "what do I sound like? Like I've read a book".

All violence scares me.

This thread creeps me out. I am biracial so always grew up in a mixed race environment. I'm amazed at how many whites on DCUM talk about black people as if they are another species.

Another black woman here. I agree with all of this. I think many white people mean well, but just cannot get beyond their personal experiences and preconceptions to see me as I really am, and not a stereotype. Having said that, DH and many of my close friends are black.

A little, but not much. Truthfully, most of it is young guys involved in shit they shouldn't be into (drug dealing, gangs, etc). I do get upset about innocent victims getting hurt.

23:16 here. I meant DH and close friends are WHITE, not black.

Sorry, should've said this is a black woman here. Sorry, I'm taking over your thread, OP!
